Is it possible to order a cake with a custom design?

Yes! You can submit your own design or choose from our samples. For more details and coordination, please call us or send us a message via WhatsApp.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular cakes, order 24 to 48 hours in advance. If you want a special design or decoration, it is best to place your order 3 to 5 days in advance.

Is it possible to send the cake to the customer's address?

Yes! We deliver within a certain area. Shipping costs are calculated based on distance and will be communicated to you when you place your order.

How long do your cakes last?

Depending on the type of cake:
• Plain cakes: 2 to 3 days at room temperature and 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
• Cream and filled cakes: 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
• For longer shelf life: You can store the cake in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Do you use natural and fresh ingredients?

Yes! We use the best and freshest ingredients to ensure our cakes are excellent in both taste and quality.

Are your cakes suitable for people with special diets (diabetic, vegetarian, gluten-free)?

Yes! We offer diabetic, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please indicate your needs when placing your order.

Is it possible to cancel or change an order?

Yes, but please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. For special order cakes, cancellations are not possible once preparation has begun.

Do you also design cakes for special occasions like birthdays and weddings?

Yes! We design custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, engagements, baby showers, anniversaries, and other occasions.
