• Refrigerator: 3 to 5 days in a sealed container, to maintain humidity and freshness (especially if filled with cream or custard).
• Freezer: Up to 2 months; it is best to wrap it in a plastic bag or suitable container before freezing. Before using, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to defrost.
It is best not to keep cream roulade at room temperature for a long time, as its quality may decrease.
